THE
INTERNATIONAL UNION FOR THE STUDY OF

SOCIAL INSECTS

IUSSI Congress Travel Fund

EDI

As part of our commitment to widening access, and EDI more broadly, we will raise and maintain a dedicated fund to sponsor students and early career researchers, specifically those who are underprivileged, come from minoritized communities, or from low and middle income countries (as defined by the World Bank), to attend the International Congress held every four years.

Fund-raising for these travel grants is largely devolved to the level of individual IUSSI sections. If you are an individual interested in donating to this travel fund, please either contact the relevant IUSSI section or the Secretary General directly. Alternatively, please donate through this link.

We would be delighted to work with corporate donors to support the Fund generally, or to create dedicated travel scholarships. Please contact the Secretary General in the first instance to discuss opportunities.
